Cancellation policy
Cancellation before the start of the service:
If you wish to cancel your order before the start of the service, you can do so by contacting us by email or telephone or through your “My Account” interface on our site. We will reimburse you in full the amount of your order within 48 to 72 hours, corresponding to the bank deadline, following the cancellation request.
Cancellation after the start of the service:
If you wish to cancel your order after service has started, we will charge the fee for work completed up to that point. The amount of fees will be determined based on the time and resources invested in the service, and will be communicated to you prior to invoicing.
Service cancellation in progress:
If you wish to cancel the current service, we will charge you the fees for work performed up to the cancellation date, as well as fees for expenses incurred in terminating the service. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the time and resources invested in the service, as well as the expenses incurred to complete it, and will be communicated to you prior to invoicing.
Cancellation in case of force majeure:
In the event that cancellation of the service is due to events beyond our control, such as natural disaster, equipment failure or other force majeure situation, we will cancel the order without invoicing and refund you in full under 48 to 78 hours corresponding to the bank deadline. We will notify you immediately of the cancellation and refund your order amount in full.
